At The Pencil Test, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your fit. If your purchase isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all hangtags intact and include the provided packing slip inside the box.
Attach the Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from your email and secure it firmly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
